Beginner Edge
Come see what it’s all about! Yoga is way to connect with your body through movement and breath, and is a great compliment to all forms of cardiovascular exercise. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles as you learn the basic standing, seated and balancing postures of Ashtanga Yoga.

Come explore what yoga is all about. Get ready for either Q & A or just get on the mat and sweat! This FREE class is open to FIRST time visitors who want a special time to ask questions. If you’re new to yoga come to any class and jump in or come to this class first. Taught 1st Saturday of each month.

Edge Yoga
An Ashtanga practice unbound by traditional rules, this is an energetic class that will build strength through powerful and invigorating asanas (poses).

New students are introduced to an Ashtanga practice and learn all the basic poses. Intermediate and advanced students are given the freedom to keep their practice consistent through guidance in alignment and including poses that they are “working on”.

An Ashtanga-based practice that takes you to your Edge! Tonya’s philosophy is to open every class to all students, no matter where you are in your journey. You’ll be upside down a lot & don’t expect to yawn in this class!! Come with an open mind and begin building your practice in baby steps. Experience the harder postures and enjoy the journey.
